Open Enrollment for the 2025–2026 benefits plan year is closed. Team Members who are new to Michaels can visit the New Hire Hub for instructions on how to enroll in benefits. Team Members who have experienced a qualifying life event and need to update their benefits outside of the annual Open Enrollment period can visit Life Events & Changes in Status.
